                                            Insurance Corruption. com (2010)
The 2009 National Healthcare Plan and a National Insurance Plan

It's not an insurance company and not another government bureaucracy, but a blend of the two.  It's the American people going into business for themselves, setting up their own insurance company.
It would be an insurance company that is non-profit, so costs are low, and is owned by taxpayers so benefits are high, and without the corruption and abuses.

This plan solves several problems:
 - Insurance companies will have fewer profits they can use to pay our legislators to write corrupt laws
that benefit them and victimze us,
 - It eliminates the expense of prosecuting insurance company executives and their attorneys who are
        all above the law.
 - It helps control organized (insurance industry /legal system / legislative system) corruption while
benefitting the American people, both physically and financially.
 - The IRS won' t come after us, like they can with ObamaCare
 - Employees won't be part of civil service, so the incompetent/corrupt can be fired.

In 2010, benefits were increased to include all kinds of insurance, to help save the middle class.  Health insurance companies complain that it's hard for them to make a profit, but other kinds of insurance companies accumulate huge profits.  So, all types of insurance have to be included to help pay for health care costs, and as a solution to the extreme corruption which is rampant in the insurance industry.

Just a few of the positive results of letting people buy this insurance:
- Remember Katrina, 9-11 and other disasters in which insurance companies refused to pay legitimate claims, victimizing the victims? With this Plan,no matter what the disaster is, victims won't be at the mercy of insurance company fraud. One example, we know of only one insurance company that paid the 9-11 death claims, while the others cold-bloodedly claimed it was an act of war. They don't care if it financially destroys the families who suffered great loss.
- Homeowners will be able to afford this, and flood insurance. It's terribly traumatic when people lose everything, and if they don't have insurance, it's an emotional and financial disaster. They will be able to start again if they have this affordable government insurance.
- Auto insurance. The middle class needs affordable insurance, especially since they're burdened with having to buy uninsured motorist coverage. As more drivers slip into poverty and can't afford any auto insurance, but still drive, that becomes a threat to middle class drivers who can't afford the additional coverage costs.
- People will be able to buy life insurance for their family members. When the devastation of the sudden loss of a family member is compounded by the inability to afford a funeral, it's a tragedy.
- Middle class small businesses, which are struggling to survive, could afford cheaper government insurance, saving countless jobs. Legislators have betrayed us by giving government aid to the corrupt banking industry, auto industry, insurance industry, etc., but deny it for our businesses.

Plan details:
A. It's affordable.
B. It's designed to be as simple as possible, so it can be enacted quickly.
C. Advantages to the I.C. Plan.
D. What to do with the profits.
E. Easy search for legislators.
F. Guide One Ins. Co. example.
G. 10 Worst Insurance Companies

A. It's affordable.
Middle class Americans are either struggling to survive, worried that they will lose everything in the future, have already been forced into poverty, and need this Plan the most. The poor and elderly should be covered by separate government programs which would sabotage the financial success of any insurance program for the middle class. In addition, many are against what they believe is more welfare. This program could slightly overlap the other two programs so every person can choose which they want, and there would be no cracks for anyone to fall through.

B. It's designed to be as simple as possible so it can be enacted more quickly.

C. Advantages to the I.C. Plan:

1. It would not be another government bureaucracy. It would be contracted out as congress does with other programs. You would become your own profitable insurance company, competing with other insurance companies, resulting in better service for us all. All the profits go to us, which will be used to pay our national debt. Congress forced this debt on us, so they owe it to us to let us use our insurance profits to reduce this debt.
It would still be under the control of government so those at the top can't get huge bonuses, and rates would be kept low. It would be run like a business, so the abusive and incompetent would be fired, and employees would be rewarded for good results.

2. Premiums would be paid on a sliding scale, based on gross income. However, hardship expenses would have to be considered. The premiums must start very low so it will be affordable for the lower middle class. They will pay for all services, whether its medical care, medicine, dental care, or preventative medicine - free services invite abuse. Even the wealthiest people can use this Plan, saving themselves money too, while patriotically helping to pay down the deficit.

3. It must be completely voluntary, and available to only U.S. citizens. In the future, those who want to join, after they find out their insurance company has victimized them, would have to pay a large lump sum in advance so taxpayers aren't victimized financially.
However, the uninsured give up the right to be treated and are legally responsible for all their own bills. There are intelligent ways to encourage enrollment without forcing it.

4. It must be available to veterans, so eliminating the VA medical program would save taxpayers a fortune. It would give veterans the quality of care they deserve, including rehabilitation.

5. There would be no pre-existing conditions or lifetime limits. People have suffered enough.  They've paid taxes and deserve affordable health care.
6. Small businesses won’t have to provide health insurance for employees, and can afford to hire more people.

7. Taxpayers and doctors will not be victimized by fraudulent lawsuits. Criminals will think twice about filing false claims where the federal government is involved.  Good doctors won't have to leave medicine because of the cost of malpractice insurance. That means they can also lower their rates dramatically.
There should be manditory arbitration before any malpractice lawsuit could be filed, and all parties must be told how corrupt the legal system is before they can file a lawsuit, and how it could destroy their lives. It might also include the requirement that all attorneys must work on a partial contingency fee basis, that no attorney could earn more than 1% of any award, and only if and when the victims receive compensation.

8. There's also a solution to the abortion debate, which will be offered if this Plan becomes law. (Not popular with organizations, on both sides of the debate, which exploit the issue for their profit.)

9. No advertising costs. That saves a huge amount of money for consumers who currently have to pay to be deceived by insurance company commercials. That will also protect consumers who foolishly believe everything they see and hear, which is proven by the fact that the worst insurance companies are usually the biggest.

10. No illegal immigrants would be eligible for benefits.

11. Insurance companies will be completely excluded, unlike ObamaCare. You can spend your time living life, rather than fighting insurance companies who refuse to pay claims, trying to find a lawyer who won't defraud or overcharge you, going through a lawsuit, being shocked at how dirty insurance company lawyers are in court and, if you lose, having to file bankruptcy because they will come after you. There's no such thing as a fair trial if an insurance company is involved.

D. What to do with the profits.
The profits should be in the multi-millions, not be the multi-billions made by insurance companies, because the priority would be people not profits. Congress sent the U.S. so deep into debt that it's survival is threatened, so they must pass a plan that helps pay toward the deficit. This is a small amount of justice, since they should also be forced to pay premiums, and will then be forced to help pay the debt they created in our names.
The amount of the deficit is staggering, and is the result of previous generations ignoring it, along with all the other problems this country faces. The National Debt clock is ticking.
It’s the only decent thing to do for our descendants. We are burying ourselves and our children in debt. We resent that our ancestors didn't stop this disastrous situation for us. The younger generations will be justifiably angry that we didn't get control of our government, and just dumped bigger problems and debt on their heads.

We want to hear about your insurance company experiences. Anonymous ok.

F.  Here's one reason why we have to either prosecute, or end corruption in the insurance industry.
Guide One Ins. (Des Moines, Iowa) is the worst insurance company we've ever seen. Guide One insures over 40,000 churches parochial schools, summer camps, etc. - places where there are lots of children.

They won a child abuse case
where the child suffered permanent and painful damage, by using hundreds of counts of perjury, destruction of evidence and fraud.
Their lawyer, Steven Bangerter, convinced the jury to villainize the victim, by repeatedly lying about the child's past, which couldn't be disproven because of the destroyed evidence. If those witnesses weren't coached by Guide One's attorneys so that their perjury would be consistent, then what legal expert did? Guide One and their lawyers knew they were above the law when all these crimes were committed, but that wasn't enough. They are so arrogant that they demanded over a hundred thousand dollars from the child's family.
Guide One Ins. continues to try to financially destroy their victims today. Immediately after the trial they demanded over a hundred thousand dollars for their expenses. Shortly after the trial, when Guide One started going after their victims, one of their victims developed a heart condition from the stress and threats of financial ruin and a corrupt trial, and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Another one was driven to bankruptcy, and if stress is a killer, lives are definitely going to be cut short as they suffer ongoing harassment.
If you, your church, school, summer camp, senior care facility, etc. are insured by Guide One - you have been warned.
Shame on Iowa! Their state and local governments are set up to protect Guide One executives from prosecution, no matter what the crime. Obviously Guide One's money is far more important than human beings.
The Des Moines, Iowa, district attorney refused to even investigate Guide One because he knew he'd never prosecute anyone from a politically powerful insurance company. So, the Iowa Attorney General was asked to help, but Iowa's district attorneys are never held accountable for their crimes by the Attorney General, and are completely above the law. Iowa's Attorney General, Tom Miller, refused to get involved. Obviously, Iowa's leaders have no respect for the people who pay their salaries.
This is why insurance company corruption flourishes in some areas of the U.S. -- it's a reflection of the true morality of the people when they won't even protect their children! These are places where their system is set up to encourage corruption, and crimes which victimize the weak, and to deceive the public about the corruption committed by their elected officials.

If you have information about Guide One, or were involved in a lawsuit with them, we want to hear from you. Contact:

You have a moral obligation to find out if your institutions are insured by any company which victimizes children. Who insures your religious organization? Do you feel you are supporting the worst evil if it victimizes children? How do you feel you are financially protected? Is your church, etc. really concerned about your interests? You have to know about your insurance company -- you have no idea how much they can do to you!
Guide One attorney Steven Bangerter has repeatedly defended child abusers in court.
All insurance company executives must all be prosecuted for all their crimes, without regard to any statute of limitations, because of the seriousness of their crimes and the number of victims. They have literally been getting away with murder, including people whose lives have been cut short as a result of those executives' greed. It has continued for so long because they arrogantly believe they'll never be prosecuted.
The Insurance Corruption Plan will cripple their power to violate our rights and destroy us financially.

Who insures your religious organization
? Don't you feel you are supporting the worst evil if it victimizes children? How do you feel you are financially protected? Is your church, etc. really concerned about your interests? You have to know about your insurance company -- you have no idea how much they can do to you!
This Plan has been advertised to all media across the U.S. but many are biased and have refused to publish it. If your media didn't tell you that you have this choice, tell them you're cancelling or not watching their program anymore. (You can join again later, or use someone else's copy when they're through with it, but this is the only thing they'll listen to.) More you can do.... Republicans want ridiculous Republicans want ridiculous tort reform instead of a healthcare plan.

Americans will finally be standing up to legislators who think they're working for insurance companies. They keep passing laws that specifically benefit and protect insurance companies and violate the rights of the American people. Insurance companies were asked to help clean up insurance industry corruption, but not even one responded because corruption means bigger profits. (See: Why we can't subsidize insurance companies.) In a perfect world, previous generations would have controlled the entire corrupt insurance industry decades ago, and all we would've had to do is keep an eye on the situation. Instead, they dumped the problem onto us. Are we going to do the same to our children?
If Obama's plan was legitimate, we would have seen prosecutions of insurance company executives and attorneys by now, but that hasn't happened. So, it will be 'business as usual' with them, and we have to pay the price.

G.  10 Worst Insurance Companies for Consumers

1. Allstate (NYSE: ALL) set the standard for insurance company greed and placing profits over policyholders. Allstate contracted with consulting giant McKinsey & Co. in the mid-1990s to systematically force consumers to accept lowball claims or face its "boxing gloves," an aggressive strategy designed to deny claims at any cost. One Allstate employee reported that supervisors told agents to lie and blame fires on arson, and in turn, were rewarded with portable fridges.
2. Unum (NYSE: UNM) - Unum's actions are even more shameful considering the type of insurance it sells: disability. Unum's behavior was epitomized when it denied the claim of a woman with multiple sclerosis for three years, stating her conditions were "self-reported," contrary to doctors' evaluations. In 2005, Unum agreed to a settlement with insurance commissioners from 48 states over their practices.
3. AIG (NYSE: AIG) - The world's biggest insurer, AIG's slogan was "we know money." AIG, described by commentators as "the new Enron," has engaged in massive corporate fraud and claims abuses. In 2006, the company paid $1.6 billion to settle a host of charges.
4. State Farm - State Farm is notorious for its deny and delay tactics, and like Allstate, hired McKinsey consultants. State Farm's true motives became apparent during Hurricane Katrina; for example, it employed multiple engineering firms until they could deny the claims of the Nguyen family of Mississippi. In April 2007, State Farm agreed to re-evaluate more than 3,000 Hurricane Katrina claims.
5. Conseco (NYSE: CNO) - Conseco sells long-term care policies, typically to the elderly. Amongst its egregious behavior, the insurer "made it so hard to make a claim that people either died or gave up," said a former Conseco-subsidiary agent. Former Conseco executives were fined when they admitted to filing misleading financial statements with regulators.
6. WellPoint (NYSE: WLP) - Health insurer WellPoint has a long history of putting profits ahead of policyholders. For instance, California fined a WellPoint subsidiary in March 2007 after an investigation revealed that the insurer routinely canceled policies of pregnant women and chronically ill patients.
7. Farmers - Swiss-owned Farmers Insurance Group consistently ranks at or near the bottom of homeowner satisfaction surveys, and for good reason. For example, Farmers had an incentive program called "Quest for Gold" that offered pizza parties to its adjusters that met low claims payments goals. Like Allstate, it also hired the McKinsey consultants.
8. UnitedHealth (NYSE: UNH) - The SEC opened an investigation into former UnitedHealth CEO William McGuire for stock backdating, which ultimately led to his ouster in 2006 and returning $620 million in stock gains and retirement compensation. Physicians have also reported that their reimbursements are so low and delayed by the company that patient health is being compromised.
9. Torchmark (NYSE: TMK) - According to Hoover's In-Depth Company Records, Torchmark's very origins were little more than a scam devised to enrich its founder, Frank Samford. Torchmark has preyed on low-income Southern residents and charged minority policyholders more than whites on burial policies.
10. Liberty Mutual - Like Allstate and State Farm, Liberty Mutual hired consulting giant McKinsey to adopt aggressive tactics. Liberty's tactics were highlighted when a New York couple's insurance was "nonrenewed" by Liberty, even though they lived 12 miles from the coast and never experienced weather-related flooding.

LATEST REPUBLICAN SCAM: "Step right up, ladies and gentlemen. Here in this file we have our FAR SUPERIOR healthcare plan. We're GIVING IT AWAY, yes you heard right, and all you have to do is demand repeal of ObamaCare. No, you can't see it first, you have to TRUST US. We care about YOU. Forget that we tried to cut all your unemployment benefits and never gave you healthcare before. Yesiree! THIS is our NEWEST and BEST product yet! Don't miss this GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY." No, trust Intelligent Liberals, the people who care about people, not profits. Get rid of the scammers in congress.
You start by not making the deficit worse with Obama's health care bill. Until this bill is defeated, Washington will never respect us and will continue to victimize us, and drive us deeper into debt.
Republicans aren't going to come up with plans that work or they would have done so at some time in the past 3 decades. Republicans have labeled it 'Communism' and 'welfare', etc. Here's what they're really saying: I got mine, so screw you and yours.
Republicans complain that everybody is forced to buy into ObamaCare, yet if they weren't, Republicans would complain that those who didn't were freeloaders. You can't win with idiots.
There are other plans that would actually save a huge amount of money over Obama's or make a profit.
Because most people agree that they don't want Obama's health care bill, they must demand one of the plans that will save the U.S. from financial disaster. They are:
www.insurancecorruption.com (moved to www.websiteparking.info ) and Alan Grayson's (D) www.wewantmedicare.com.
Obama's plan is so abusive and unpopular that the IRS is being brought in to enforce it. The IRS, which has acted as our Gestapo throughout its history, is now trying to appear like a bunch of goody-goodies who, gosh, gee whiz, just want to help us. In reality, ObamaCare is a Trojan Horse with terrible surprises for us, not a wonderful gift from greedy politicians.
We must hold Obama and Congressional Democrats accountable for using IRS criminals to enforce ObamaCare. We need to eliminate the massively expensive IRS bureaucracy, ending crimes committed against the American people. By simply replacing it with a national sales tax, we can get rid of our biggest thugs, and force the wealthy to pay more at the same time.

                                            National healthcare will be eliminated!
If Republicans continue to win elections, they will destroy all national healthcare. This is a very real danger.
Either Republicans have to be defeated or OamaCare has to be replaced with a national healthcare plan that‘s so popular Republicans can't destroy it.
Republicans are gaining popularity because they‘re propaganda experts, their voters are still to dumb to know they‘re being lied to, and liberal leaders are still refusing to listen to Intelligent Liberals. net and fight like he!!. At best, a few liberal leaders will finally get it, but there can’t be success, considering the fact that those are the leaders who have failed to stop Republicans for thirty years.
The American people will benefit from a good national healthcare plan, and more of them are going to need it as the Bush Recession continues. Since the media is biased in favor of ObamaCare, the American people will have to do a lot of work to get information about other plans, and this desperate situation, to the public. They may even be sabotaged by the media. It’s YOUR responsibility to work for your own health and survival.
HOW TO GET STARTED: I.L. endorses the Insurance Corruption plan, but if you have a better idea, go with that. Organize people, try to get state/local politicians to support it. Hold public demonstrations to force the media to publicize the plan. Be sure other states hear about what you're doing, and work as fast as you can.

                 Insurance Corruption. com - 2009
If the government's plan becomes law, we would be subsidizing insurance companies' profits, even though they're the cause of our healthcare problems! That would be extremely expensive because a government agency would have to constantly police them, followed by numerous prosecutions.

*In reality, the American people, and lawmakers, have proven they won't demand prosecutions, in spite of the amount of corruption and needless death that exists already, so the result would be even more corruption.

It would be criminal to include insurance companies in the program. They have consistently proven extreme malice toward the American people. In fact, they're legally killing people.
Republicans want tort reform instead of healthcare, but their tort reform is about preventing large lawsuits, mostly against the wealthy & corporations. It doesn't help protect the American people at all.
If insurance companies are involved in the new healthcare plan, we must demand an impartial, time-consuming, and expensive investigation into exactly what the fine print says and which legislators will profit from that plan.

This is MAJOR insurance company reform. No more having to compare every company, hire a lawyer to read the fine print, having them reject claims or cancel the policy when you need insurance the most, and all the other hassles that add tremendous stress to our lives at a time when we're trying to keep positive attitudes to survive health threats.

Many complain about Medicare corruption and incompetence, but readily accept massive insurance company corruption that can destroy their lives. Their solution for everything is to keep the government out, rather than control the government, which leads to tremendous lawlessness in the marketplace. We've seen disastrous results since Reagan and other Republican presidents eliminated the safeguards which Democrats put in place.

We know that slimy insurance company executives and their sleazy lawyers are working full-time to sabotage our efforts to survive and take back control of this country. They've mounted massive advertising campaigns, falsely portraying themselves as the good guys who care. In reality, they're terribly corrupt, greedy parasites, exploiting us for their massive profits, even if it costs us our lives.
The government has forced us to subsidize banks, but we still can't get real estate loans, people are still losing their homes, and there's no relief in sight. They've been subsidizing all kinds of industries, and now are forcing us to support insurance companies.
We're forced to subsidize one industry after another, so are you now going to let them force you to subsidize the corrupt insurance industry?. Demand that legislators use your money to help pay the deficit, a debt which they forced on you.
What do insurance companies do with your money?

It doesn't go toward the federal deficit! When you pay premiums to an insurance company, that money is GONE, and you get nothing for it. After paying a fortune in insurance premiums, you end up with nothing, and they can raise premiums astronomically, so you can end up with no insurance. With the I.C. Plan, all money that isn't used for healthcare goes toward the deficit.

A. They lobby (bribe) the congressmen you elected to represent you, paying them to write illegal and corrupt laws which victimize you. Our legislators work for insurance companies because of a combination of greed and lack of integrity, and they should be held accountable. Most juries give big awards, thinking that's how they can hurt abusive insurance companies, but insurance company executives just retaliate by paying our congressmen to pass even more abusive laws.
B. Insurance companies hire the slimiest lawyers who pick the dumbest jurors because they're easily conned. Also, stupid people are more likely to get caught up in their emotions rather than consider the facts of a case.
Never talk to any psychiatric professional unless you don't care that you have no right to privacy. Insurance company lawyers willl take everything you said in confidence and make it public information, using that to destroy you in court, no matter how irrelevant it is to your case. Your legislators gave them that power.

They investigate your relatives and friends and use any negative information to sway jury opinion against you, using emotions to turn jurors against you because it‘s all about winning. They lie about you to juries, coach witnesses to lie and destroy evidence, hire so-called experts to deceive juries, dig deep into your past and use everything they can to discredit you in front of a jury. They do not want you to have a fair trial.

Slimy insurance companies commonly win cases by driving the victims so far into debt that they have to give up without ever getting to court. But, when they do give up, they automatically owe the insurance companies a small fortune for their fees, costs, etc. If you do get to court, juries are never told that, unless they award at least a dollar, the insurance companies will destroy anybody who goes after them.
They literally kill good people from stress and corruption. At the last minute before you get to trial, they can swamp your lawyer with paperwork so that you have to hire a second attorney. They have so many tricks they can use against you.
You can not get a legitimate trial if an insurance company is involved because, in most cases, their lawyers are the worst. They've corrupted our legal system, making it impossible to get a fair trial. They must be held accountable -- we have no choice. (
www.legalparasites.com) You should be outraged that they are experts at scamming you and are not held accountable.
C. They build monuments to their greed, and live like kings. It's insurance company executives who have prevented national health insurance from becoming a reality. Americans have watched their children, relatives, friends, and neighbors suffer and die for decades because of insurance company greed.
D. They spend multi-millions on commercials designed to deceive the public. They're flooding us with commercials falsely claiming that they care about us, but in reality, they destroy us, financially and emotionally.

Remember, as taxpayers, you are the money behind the corruption, so you are the power behind it. Unless you're actively fighting back, you have the government and the health care you deserve.

           Obama's Healthcare plan (2009)

1. What’s wrong with the government’s health care plan.
2. We must stop subsidizing corrupt insurance companies.

1. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S HEALTH CARE PLAN:

It’s a financial disaster. The plan is to spend a huge amount of money which will drive the U.S. deeper into debt, and taxpayers will be forced to subsidize it.

It’s a massive bureaucracy that will not work. It would be a financial disaster to set up a whole new bureaucracy that is ridiculously more complicated than what we have now. Just the amount of work it would take to set it up would be a tax burden, and it's horribly complicated. They have no right to ask the American people to pay for a huge bureaucracy when they won't even fix what we have already.

It's a burden to small businesses who can't afford to provide health insurance for employees. The results will be increased unemployment and the loss of more small businesses.

The VA will still be giving inhumane treatment to veterans, who deserve the BEST healthcare.

Our legislators will still be able to use the legal system against us. They'll continue to write laws that benefit the insurance companies, and violate our legal rights.

The federal government is forcing Americans to get insurance. This is too much government control of our personal lives. You would still have to deal with corrupt Insurance companies, and they will profit at taxpayers’ expense. The government's plan is a fraud, a sneaky way to force taxpayers to subsidize the insurance industry, when we should be competing against them. Taxpayers must say NO to corrupt insurance companies. Either you have private or government insurance. If insurance companies are involved, they will have to be policed and that will be another bureaucracy. It will cost more to struggle to get those criminals prosecuted, as they use their millions to beat our legal system.
America’s insurance companies were given the chance to help clean up the insurance industry, but not one responded. They’re the reason we have to turn to the government for help. Insurance companies won't let doctors save lives. They have prevented Americans from having affordable health care all their lives. It's a sick situation, and a national embarrassment. So, why should we do anything to help those companies profit now? If they go out of business, that's a small price to pay for all the corruption and death they've gotten away with as a result of their greed.

It’s a financial disaster. The plan is to spend a huge amount of money which will drive the U.S. deeper into debt, and taxpayers will be forced to subsidize it.

2. We must stop subsidizing corrupt insurance companies.

Their plan forces all Americans to support corrupt insurance companies. The government falsely advertises that their plan will control insurance company corruption. That is a completely fraudulent statement -- the government never has, and never will, clean up the insurance industry. They won't for the same reason that they're forcing Americans to subsidize insurance companies - they take insurance company payoffs. It's a scam. District attorneys absolutely refuse to even investigate massive insurance company fraud and that will not change.

That's why the public needs to demand a plan that eliminates insurance company involvement completely.

The public needs to fight the government's plan.

Keep your money - this is not a tax-deductible  organization and we don't ask for donations.

Instead, give your time, to help spread the word about the I.C. Plan.   Email / call everyone you know before congress decides on a healthcare plan we will hate.

Help to:

- clean up the health insurance mess in Washington before it becomes law,

- end the life-destroying liason between insurance company money and our politicians for sale

- take back our legal system from insurance companies and corporations which are literally attacking us and threatening our quality of life.   Stop the ability of corrupt insurance companies to victimize us all.

(This insurance plan was created as a result of massive corruption and damage to children across the U.S. by Guide One Ins. Co. and will continue until those executives are in prison for their crimes.)
